Ugh, ive been feeling really sick for a few hours now!. My tummy is churning and (sorry to be so graphic) I keep burping up sick!.
I feel horrible, my tummy feels really delicate and I feel like I could vomit any second!.
I ate sushi earlier,(9 hours ago) thats the only thing I can think of that maybe didnt agree with me, although normally im fine with it!. How can I stop myself feeling so ill!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like food poisoning!. Just cause it`s fish, doesn`t mean it`s good for you ye know!. Sushi these days are the cheapest fish around, farm raised in mercury filled waters!. Make sure to ask for WILD CAUGHT fish, instead of the common farm raised junk you most surely ate!. Knowledge is power!
