Answers:
I do not know why the post was removed but removing your adenoids does not cause lasting voice change as the vocal shift is only temporary!.

Some data on adenoidectomy:

Another complication that sometimes occurs is voice change!. The adenoids lie above the soft palate, a structure that helps close the nose during speech!. After adenoids are removed, the palate may be temporarily impaired!. This can cause the voice to change (hypernasality), and very occasionally, this voice change lasts for a long time!.

After Surgery
There are several postoperative symptoms that may occur following an adenoidectomy!. These include but are not limited to:
Swallowing problems
Vomiting
Fever
Throat, neck and ear pain
Velopharyngeal insufficiency (VPI) - incomplete closure of the nasopharyngeal sphincter which allows aspiration into the nose and causes hypernasality
Hyper nasality - impairment of the soft palate which may cause voice pitch change after surgery
Eustachian tube injury
Occasionally, bleeding may occur after surgery!. If you experience any bleeding following surgery, your surgeon should be notified immediately

In other words if it is not medically necessary the surgery would not be performed!. What I could recommend is perhaps going to a voice coach, they could help you alter your voice into a wide range of affectations and tones!. certainly cheaper than surgery! I included an example of Amy Walker and her inimitable assortment of versatile accents and pitches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am not sure why your question was removed, but your suggestion is a silly one!. All surgery, especially that which involves a general anaesthetic has risks, and what you want for the reason you want it is inappropriate in terms of risk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No but when I was at school, a girl had hers out and she sounded like a foghorn!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
