i used to be really scared of needles!. my doctor just told me to read something nearby and to just concentrate on what im reading!. she said that all you will feel is a little pinch!. so i read these jokes and all i felt was a little pinch!. the needle didn't hurt at all!. now when i go to the doctors i just read something and it doesn't hurt!. I hope this hepls!. P!.S i am 13 and have gotten 6 needles ( for trips and HPV)Www@Answer-Health@Com
