lol good question, each one of those has it's bad aspects!. Now if you have only one of each they wouldn't do too much!. Now for your question, I would say the one cigarette-nicotine increases blood pressure and has all sorts of effects on the body where the other two aren't as serious in their effects (over time yes but not as your questions states)Www@Answer-Health@Com
