Why do my hands get cold when I'm nervous or uncomfortable?!

Question: Why do my hands get cold when I'm nervous or uncomfortable!?
Answers:
Somehow your brain is sending signals to pump blood to your major organs in some sort of preparation for something scary, challenging!.!.!. whatever, my best guess as to how to "cure that" is to when you start to feel yourself getting anxious, just comfort yourself, in whatever way possible!. If not, wear gloves!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

this happens to me too, and i already figured out that its because i drink too much coffee!. lol so if you have high caffeine intake, almost like an addiction, that might be part of the reason!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I guess because you're so uncomfortable that almost everything inside you stops working and you become cold!. Anyway, it's better than getting sweaty hands :PWww@Answer-Health@Com

Heart is directing blood to the most important areas - your brain and your guts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
