Answers:
It shouldn't!. As long as you don't push yourself too hard, continue eating right, and take are of your body, you should be fine!. Push ups/sit ups/pull ups just help you stay in shape - that's good!. Just don't push yourself too hard!. My father's growth became stunted because of wrestling in his high school years, but he wasn't eating to make weight, and sweating it off, etc!. You're fine!. ^_^Www@Answer-Health@Com

yessir, that is why it is recommended that you start at a later age!. but the workout you're doing is fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

nope!. working out can only help u, not hurt u!. the only harm it could possibly do is wear ur muscles out or pull a muscle, but thats only if u over-do itWww@Answer-Health@Com
