What can I do to make myself sleep more?!


Question: What can I do to make myself sleep more!?
I am getting a regular amount of sleep, but I want 2 months to go by as fast as possible(I am living in hell)!. So if I could sleep even 1 hour extra per day that would help make time pass!. I try to occupy my mind as much as possible to forget but it doesn't work nearly as good as sleeping!. If I could go to sleep and wake up in 2 months, i totally would do that lol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if your trying to sleep and your tired ,smoke a blunt to the face and you'll get high as hell but when you high is bout to go down go to sleep you'll have the best sleep in the ****** world , trust me i tried it plenty of times it works !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take a warm shower about two hours before your desired bedtime!. Also, don't eat right before going to bed; digestion makes your body work harder and prevents you from settling down!.

valerian root, and melatonin can help!. but never exceed the suggested dosage!.!. nyquil puts me out for like 2 hours, then im wide awake!.!.!. you could try taking a nap in your car at lunch (assuming you're an adult and working!?)!. it helps the day go by faster, and you have more energy!. because this is a situation causing it, it doesn't sound like medical depression!.!. just something that sucks!. if it gets really bad, deff seek some help!.!. try getting a song stuck in your head for each day!. it helped me when i had a REALLY crappy job!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

nyquil is always a choice, that way you sleep for 12 solid hours!. haha go to bed early, and don't eat before bed and no exercise within 2 hour before going to sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Touch yourself and excersize to make your self very tired!. And then you can sleep a lot!.
