Question: How are headaches caused!?
and what is a good way to get rid of them!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Most of the time they are just caused by tension!. The best way to get rid of them is massage that part of the head where it hurts and take a mild pain killer, like bufferine or tylenol!. If it is a terrible headache and you get them often like once a week or more, you should see the doctor!. I believe in prayer too and it helps!. God bless!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Headaches are caused by overly active neurons in the brain!. At each synapse, there is a greater quantum release of neurotransmitters such as acetylcholine, which the receiving neuron is confused in what to do with the excess neurotransmitters, so it basically increases the rate of hypopolarization of the neuron to create more friction and increased blood flow to the brain!.!.

My mind rarely stops thinking, I am often plagues by headaches and it runs in the family!. I look at my mother who by all means is an Aspirin pill junkie!. I on the other hand have grew extremely tolerant to most head pounding by not taking pills and choosing to just sleep it off when it becomes to unbearable!.

So I highly recommend to you the words of Nietzsche, "What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger!." Therefore avoid pills at all cost and just tolerate them so the little ones will no longer be a big deal!.

However if you wish to learn the causes which they will continue to happen for the rest of your life and seek some solution on understanding them as well as trying to treat them!. Go to wikipedia!.!.!.
