ok so my friend has shingles and i have already had chicken pox and i have also had shingles already can i catch them again

it is EXTREMELY contagious, but once you've had it, it would take a very changed strain to infect you!. In other words, the other person need to be careful about who she comes in contact with!. But you should be fine!.
EDIT: Polarbear, it is VERY contagious and is a virus, not a natural problem!. S!.Bar, Chickin Pox vaccination does not stop shingles (or Herpes Zoster)
