Sick but not sure with what?!

Question: Sick but not sure with what!?

It kind of feels like a stomach virus, but I've never had it feel like this before!?
This is what's been happening:
Very bad headache
Very, very hot!. Had to strip down to barely anything!.
Throwing up
Dizziness when I get up
Overly tired
Temperature dropping
