Question: ALL EX-SMOKERS!!! how much weight did u put on!?
wel im still a smoker but really wanting to stop! My main reason 4 delaying the whole process, is cos i dont wanna put on weight!. Im already trying to loose 7 kg's that i put on earlier this year! Is there any advice you could give me!? should i quit now or should i quit after ive lost my weight!? how much weight did u put on when u quit!?

I think once you quit smoking you should try to get into a healthier lifestyle!. Eating very healthy and exercising regularly!.!.!.!.you start to feel better instantly after quitting smoking!. Here is a great book which many of my friends have used to quit smoking: Only Way To Stop Smoking Permanently by Allen Carr!. I suggest you read that book if you are very serious about quitting smoking!. I wouldn't worry about a little bit of weight gain because you are going to be so much healthier just from quitting!. I gain 5 pounds (around 2 kilo) after I stop smoking, it is very difficult to stop!. I have been smoking for over 40 years, and use the patch to help me stop smoking, after over 3 years Iam still smoke free!. You need to try to stop, it just cost too much!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
