What's causing these weird symptoms? 10 pts. ?!

First off, I know you're not doctors!. I don't expect a diagnosis!. I will be seeing a doctor soon, I just wanted to have an idea of what's wrong with me!. Anyways, I'm 17!. I've lost a lot of weight recently, and I have no appetite!. Yesterday I started vomiting and couldn't keep my food down!. Today I threw up after lunch!. I'm having constant headaches, like I've never experienced before!. It feels like there's a lot of pressure in my brain!. Sometimes it gets so bad that my head feels heavy and I have to keep my head on its side!. When I walk sometimes I randomly feel dizzy and walk like I'm drunk because I can't see where I'm going!. My hands shake a lot, too!. My mom says she's noticed that I've changed!. She says I'm moody!. I really have no idea what could be wrong, if there really is something wrong with me!.
