What do you think this girl has (symptom described)?!

theres this girl that goes to my school, and the first thing i noticed about her is that her eyebrows are drawn on, or tattooed!. then i noticed she wears a wig!. so i thought to myself "she must be one of those fake girls, with fake hair and everything" but then i noticed she had no eyelashes!.!. and no hair anywhere!.!.!.
im really curious as to what might be wrong with her, i want to research it a bit!.
