Nightmare flashback during day?!
Question: Nightmare flashback during day!?
Lately, I've been having nightmares!. Really evil ones, in 3D (like a video game)!. The thing is, it's like I'm getting flashbacks of them during the day!.!.!.and it really creeps me out! I'll just be sitting there, then I see something in my head that scares the crap out me!. Afterwords, I feel kinda woozy and I can't shake it off!. It's hard to go about my daily routine when it feels like it can happy at any minute!.!.!.It's bad enough having nightmares all night, but then to experience them in the day!.!.!.it's just too much! Is it all in my head or is it something more serious!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
