That definitely doesn't look like pink eye!.
It could be some kind of infection, though!. Does it hurt!?
If so, you should probably see a doctor!. If it doesn't hurt (which would be a miracle since it looks awful) then try moisturizing it with some vaseline or something like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
