Question: HELP I NEED TO RUN BETTER!!!ASAP!!!!?
ok so im 12 years old and im on the JR!. high cross countey team, and i'm the top grl runner!. we also today ran the high school varsity a 3!.1 and my time was 24!.04 and the coach said if i was on the varsity team id be the 4th runner [but i dnt think so at all] and the liberty meet is in a week and i think preety good but thair are about 200 kids im goin to be running with and what to train harder and HARDER my main goal is to beat Page this grl thats amazing and im getting closer to beating her but i rly, rly wanna beat her it's like my goal so can u guys give me rly goods tips plz and thx! Hello again!. Well, (you will probably hear this from alot of people you ask but,) just keep on practicing I know that sounds stupid but, thats how you do it!.

Take me for instance!. I was in volleyball and I used to SUCK!!! But i kept practicing and I got better!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.then volleyball season was over!.!.!.!.!.!.

But im glad I got better!. So just keep practicing and maybe start doing some daily stretches and exercises!. To help you be stretched and ready!.

If your big meet is in a week, ease back on your training for the next couple of days and for the three days just before the event, limit your working out to about twenty minutes of stretching each morning and night!. Don't do anything strenuous--keep your heart rate low!. This will give your body a chance to build up to full strength, so all the hard work you've BEEN doing can have a chance to shine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
