Native Americans used burning tobacco as incense as an offering to the gods!.They also used the sedative powers of tobacco for medicinal purposes such as to treat snake bites and swellings, coughs, tooth-ache, rheumatism, and stomach disorders!.
The nicotine from tobacco has been used on plants as a natural insecticide in agriculture that doesn't have the health and environmental risks of other pesticides!.
The stems of the tobacco plant have been bleached and used as paper in Bulgaria!.
It is possible to extract highly nutritious proteins from the leaves of the tobacco plant which can be used to feed people who are malnourished!. Several plants for extracting these proteins exist in the US, Japan and Canada which could serve as the basis for important dietary and pharmaceutical applications!.

There's chewing tobacco, but I highly recommend that you don't do either!. That is if you smoke, prolonged use of either one can really damage your mouth :SWww@Answer-Health@Com
