Question: What do you do to relax - what are some stress release tips!?
Okay so I am very stressed right now, for the most part because my husband is in the hospital, but also with work, and three kids and a deadline for a book (which I'm trying to push back for the second time), plus there's the holidays coming up, etc!. I'm just a big ball of stress-ness!. ;0)
Suggestions on how to help me unwind a bit!? Relaxation techniques!? Oh, and please don't tell me to have a drink - the kids are home, asleep, but home and I never drink when they could wake up and see me / need me!.

Yoga!. It's not as painful as it looks, if good for you, and it's actually relaxing!. I have a lot of back problems and somehow yoga has managed to help!. Also most yoga has a portion of meditation which helps!.
Keep a diary, write down every thing that's bothering you and put it into perspective!. This can help too!.
Go out once a week with your friends!. Friends can be great help if they're upbeat people, and not depressing!.
Dancing! It's great for your heart!. It's great for your body!. And it's also a good way to get your mind off of things!. You can also have the kids join you =] You don't have to go to a class either, just throw on some music at home and dance while you clean, dance just for fun, just whenever!.
A long hot bath can also help!. It helps relax your muscles =]Www@Answer-Health@Com
