ur left lung is smaller so that the HEART (oh yes that thing that pumps blood) can fit in on the LEFT side between the lungs *rolls eyes*
its somewhat in the middle if thats what ur talkign about, but seriously, its obviously more dominate on the side Www@Answer-Health@Com
