Why does this happen? Its weird?!

Question: Why does this happen!? Its weird!?
Like, I'll take a nap during the day(when I get home from school) and will be in a pretty deep sleep!. When I try to wake myself up, I'll be sitting down on the edge of my bed and just fall off of my bed from falling asleep again!. Its like I'm too tired to wake up, so when I sit down I fall asleep again, and end up waking up on either the floor or on my bed in a sitting position with my head between my legs almost!.

Is this from being a deep sleeper, or lack of sleep!? I just don't get it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

The more ya sleep , the better you will feel when ya wake up!.
It's those stinking alarm clocks that screw you up!.
Get more good, deep sleeps, and don't worry about it!.

It is very possible that you might have a sleep disorder!. I was the same way that you describe from the time I was 17-18 years old!. I started getting migraines and my health was always borderline!. I was always tired but I "managed" to have a mostly normal life!. Nine years ago, my migraines became uncontrollable and my life unbearable!. I was spending all of my time in the bed in a dark, quite room!. My marriage suffered, my children suffered and my ability to work, well, let's just say I couldn't!. My husband changed jobs and thus insurance!. As a result, I had to change primary care doctors!. My new doctor immediately referred me to a pulmonologist!. After a sleep study, it was determined that I have nocturnal de-saturation, not sleep apnea, and that my O2 levels were dropping into the low 80s!. Normal is 92% or higher!. He put me on a constant positive air pressure (CPAP) machine at night with supplemental O2!. It took 3-4 months to start feeling better because I had been starved for oxygen for so long!. But now, 5 years later, I am off the oxygen and my CPAP is on the lowest setting there is and I am almost headache free!. But most importantly, I have a normal life!. I don't have to fight to wake up or stay awake and my family and marriage are better than ever!.

That said, talk to your doctor!. Ask him/her if this might be your problem and above all, do not ever give up seeking answers when you know there is something wrong with you!. Always trust your gut when it comes to your health!. Your body will tell you, in various ways, that there is something going on!. Listen to it!.

A couple of web sites I recommend to my patients (home health) and use myself are webmd!.com and mayoclinic!.com!. Both are easy to use and understand!.

Sorry for the length!. ;)
Hope this helps!. Good luck and feel better soon!Www@Answer-Health@Com
