A vitamin B-50 Complex or a vitamin B-100 Complex contain all the B vitamins in mega dose amounts so you should only take such supplements for a short time!. It is probably a quick way to overcome vitamin B deficiencies that can cause problems in the nervous system!.

As the B vitamins are water soluble (vitamin C as well) the excess is flushed out of your system every day with the exception of vitamin B12 which is water insoluble (and fat soluble) and can be stored in our bodies like the fat soluble vitamins A, D, E and K!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Looks to be a proprietary formulation of Vitamin B - Complex and some minerals!. It does not appear to be FDA approved and so caution is in order!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
