Too much orange juice?!
Question: Too much orange juice!?
I loooooooove orange juice!. Seriously, it's like my favourite thing, haha!.
I would take orange juice over dessert ANY DAY!.
Other then OJ, all I drink is water, and I munch on ice cubes all day (just a habit of mine)
Anyways, I've been sick this week, nasty cold!. I'm finally getting over it, and have my sense of taste back, and all I wanted today was OJ, so I went and bought some frozen concentrate!. You know, the frozen cans of juice you get in the grocery store!?
Anyways, i've drank like!.!.!. 3 of those today!. (total: 4!.26 Litres)
Is this bad!? LOLOL!. Probably, right!?
I don't particularly care!. I don't usually drink this much OJ in one day!. I just want to know if there is any negative health affects I might get from this!.

Orange juice is good for you as it contains lots of vitamin C but there is one problem with orange juice and, in fact, all fruit juice and that is that the intrinsic (internal) sugar in fresh or raw fruit which is harmless becomes extrinsic (external) sugar in the juicing process which is similar to added sugar and that is bad for you!. Fresh or raw fruit is much better for you than fruit juice so oranges are much better for you than orange juice!.
