Question: What to do about my bad asthma !?
I have been able to breath but last night was a sudden problem!. Like my whole body hurts and I can't breath well!. My head hurts like a b**** too!. What do I do until I can see the doctor!? WHat is the reason behind this you think!? Ughh!.!.!. I'm dying!. This sucksWww@Answer-Health@Com

There was probably something that triggered your attack!. Sudden change in temperature, allergens, too much caffeine, or even stress can trigger an attack!. Initially i would take an over the counter pain medication -or your regular tylenol to help with your headache!. in the mean time, if you are having difficulty breathing and will be seeing your doctor soon -as in within the next 3 hours, i would suggest sitting up, having a pillow over your abdomen [for support] and lean forward!. For me [as well as pt's i've seen with asthma and other breathing problems] this method helps your lungs and you breathe better!. i suggest also that if you have your inhaler in hand -take it!. (if not, your doctor will probably prescribe you one to carry around in case an attack happens again)
