Well it tastes absolutely awful, but in a case where you need hydration and there is no other way (say you're absolutely sure there is no water nearby, or it looks like it might rain soon), then yes you can drink your own urine!. Alcohol is much more effective!. DO you have some liquor or even beer!? I would use that!. Soap and water would be good too!. Bandage the wound as best you can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
