How unhealthy is this for my body?!


Question: How unhealthy is this for my body!?
Lately i have been in a terrible sleep pattern!. Like its 4 in the morning where I am and most likely I will stay up for another 1 or 2 hours!. I am really thinking about just staying up untill tomorrow!. That way i can just go to sleep early (because I will be so tired) and hopefully start turning my pattern around!. Im planning on just occupying myself till the morning and then going to work out to get my blood flowing and get a little more energy!. Anyways i was wondering how unhealthy this was for my body!.!.

this happened to me in the summer i could NOT sleep at all i would go to bed @ 4 am or later then sleep till like 2 or 3 and it made my body hurt sooo badly!.!.it eventually got me sick where i got a cold!.!.it wears your body down so much!.!.
its really not good =[
try && sleep like @ 11 tomorow(its probably gonna be hard to do cuz it was like impossible for me to do) but i got used to it!.!.and now every once in a while i stay up late(like tonite) and every other nite i get my normal sleep and i feel so much better! [:

It's common and happens to a lot of people, including myself!. You have set a strict sleeping schedule for yourself by going to bed early and waking up early and most importantly, follow it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
