What should i drink while sick?!
Question: What should i drink while sick!?
I have a sore throat, the worst runny nose, and feel really ran down!.
I usually drink gatorade while I'm sick, because it's all that tastes good to me!.!.!. Occassionally I'll drink de-caffinated peppermint tea as well!.
I heard that gatorade isn't too good for you, so what could I substitute that with!?
I know I should be getting a sufficient amount of vitamin C, but orange juice burns my throat too much to drink!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the last time i got 'ill' i used that gatoraid stuff!.Now i never used it before and couldnt stand the taste of it ,but if it wasnt for that stuff,i dont think i would of gotten better ,also i like to use "warm-flat soda"either kind will work as long as its warm and flat also ,coolaid will help,popcicles, and some home made chicken soup with rice wont hurt either!.know it sounds silly or stupid!.but you are to 'feed a cold and starve a fever" everything does taste 'nasty"when we get sick" but try it ,good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
try some Vitamin C tablets!. hot tea with lemon and chicken broth is good!. you need to drink plenty of water too to keep from getting dehydrated!. hope you feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Green tea is good for you if you're sick and as for getting vitamin C, just take a vitamin tablet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
honey is really good for a sore throat, i drink hot mint tea and put lots of honey in it, or neocitran!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
