in my opinion yes they do!.I use them when i dont wanna take my nasal meds cause some of them 'speed u up"and at bed time i dont wanna take my meds so i just put one on before i get into bed!.and there are like "generic"brands'' out there and they work the same ,but are a lot cheeper&you'll get more in a box than "the breath right brand name'' !.Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes my stepdad wears them and they are amazing!.!. it helps open your nose up for better air flow!! Www@Answer-Health@Com
