Could I have asthma??!
Question: Could I have asthma!?!?
I have a cough every once and a while of course its never around my parents so they don't know and when I run I get a pain down my chest!. Also after I run I cough this I have noticed especially if I have to run really fast!. I never wheeze though and that is what is throwing me!. Anyone know what I have!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wheezing or coughing!.!.!.it doesn't matter! The respiratory system is nothing to fool with!. If this is a new issue and this is not the first time you have been running; this issue should be addressed before you end up taking a ride to the ER in the back of an ambulance!.
I am not here to scare!.!.!. but as a paramedic I have seen too many patients overlook symptoms and need help before it is almost too late!.
Plain & simple get it looked if the MD think's that you need preventatives he/she will address it accordingly!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You really need to see a doctor!. Wheezing is the sign that your lung passages are tight not allowing air to get in!. If you are not very active you may cough because your lung intake capacity is low!. If it is when it is cold outside it may be due to a too rapid temperature change in the lungs!. If you smoke or are around others that smoke it be a reason, or it could be heart related!. Regardless of the reason you need to see a doctor for intervention!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

doesn't sound like it though, coughing doesn't mean by any means that you have asthma, I was diagnosed when I was younger and my symptoms were much worse (yet I was still barely diagnosed)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just because you don't wheeze doesn't necessarily mean that you don't have asthma!. It would be a good idea to bring this up in your next doctor appointment!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
