I'm sick of this! Can anybody help?!

Question: I'm sick of this! Can anybody help!?
Hello, I am a teenage girl with a very frustrating problem!. My legs are SUPER itchy!! I don't know what to do about it!. I scratch at them ALL THE TIME!. I have little scabs all over my legs from this scratching!. It's mostly at night actually, right after I take my jeans off!.

I have ruled out the following:
1) that it's from shaving!. I know it's definitely not!.
2) that it's from my laundry detergent (I've tried every kind on the market)
3) bugs or anything gross like that (I'm a very clean person, I wash my sheets and clothes every week AND I've moved around in the last year, yet this problem follows me!.)

It's gotten to the point where I can't wear skirts without darker non sheer panty hose because my legs look like they went on a camping trip without me and got all scraped up!.

please help!!!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Here are some things you could try at home:

In the laundry, try Dreft detergent!. It is recommended for washing baby clothes!. Give your bed sheets an extra rinse!.

Switch to another kind of pants, such as all-cotton khakis or even sweat pants!. Perhaps you're sensitive to the dye or fabric finish in your jeans, or the fibers are coming loose and poking your skin on a microscopic scale!.

Try a healing cream, not just lotion!. A good one is Lotil, available by mail order from the Vermont Country Store!. It's also great for treating those cracks that appear on fingertips during cold, dry weather!. (Find them on the Internet and give them a call!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

First, try some soothing dry skin cream (non allergenic)!. It may be that you simply have dry skin!. If that doesn't work, I would see a doctor, because you may be allergic to something!. The scratching may be a nervous habit which causes more itching and then more scratching, etc!. Have you tried not wearing anything on your legs (in summertime) in case you're very sensitive to many materials (like jeans, panty hose, sox, etc!.)!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

youshould go to a dermatologist who will scrape a bit of skin( not cut justtake some top cells) and identify the problem under a slide microscope

in the meantime try an otc hydrocortisone and benadryl pills at nightWww@Answer-Health@Com
