Which type of doctor should I go to? ?!

My ankle and heel hurts whenever I apply pressure on it!. My back hurts constantly, especially when I breathe in , always feels like it needs to be cracked!.!.!.mom just had this problem they actually said it was her lung muscles not back !. I got these injuries from playing softball ( and am still playing) so do I see a sports doctor, a specialty doctor or just my regular doctor!. I have a ppo insurance and need to get to whoever fast!
