How do i get up in the morning?!


Question: How do i get up in the morning!?
I'm not a morning person and i really hate getting up for school!. When i go to bed at 10pm, i wake up late or very tired and end up being late for school!. What are some things that you do to get up for school/work!? I want to show my mom im becoming more mature!. Also, get more sleep and actually be more excited when im getting up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As with so many other lifestyle changes, the answer is just do it!. Try to go to bed earlier-you may be someone who needs more sleep, normal range is 4-10 hours! But even if you are tired, make yourself get up-put the alarm clock across the room so you can't hit snooze and have to get up to turn it off!. Make yourself stay awake all day and evening-if you start feeling sleepy, get up and move!. Don't sit in front of the computer or TV, do something active!. Hopefully soon your sleep habits will be changed!.
I must comment, though-it's imperative you change this pattern now!. When you become an adult, this type of behavior leads to lost jobs and financial chaos!. You don't want that!. Responsible adults get up and get to work on time whether they feel tired or not!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need more sleep or a better alarm!. I find i have to force myself to turn on my light to help me get up!. I set my alarm ealier than needed and i set two of them about 15min apart!. In college i used to set on across the room to force me to get up and walk to turn it offWww@Answer-Health@Com
