I have slept 7 hours in the past 2.5 days!....is this healthy or when should i s!


Question: I have slept 7 hours in the past 2!.5 days!!.!.!.!.is this healthy or when should i start worrying!? !?
i am a 17 yr old male!. i just have had wayyyy too much homework and just sometimes cant sleep!. lately ive been going to bed around 3 am and waking up at 6 am!. at school i am not sleepy!. when i get home i get real sleepy but i fight it off and it goes away in a few minutes!. im not taking any type of energy product!. the only time i do get to sleep is on the weekend where i sleep my *** off!. anyway, is this healthy!? i know too much of a lack of sleep could cause such things as halucinations!. anything else i should worry about!? and if when!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

there are way worse things that could happen that hallucinations!. It's bad for your heart, mind, and you could eventually go crazy (in some cases)

I do this on a regular!.!.I even go sometime 24 to 36 hrs without sleep and Im good to go!. Because we are young our body will hang in there!.!.but it will eventually catch up to you in about 4 or days!. You will start to notice you dont have as much energy as you like!. But if you get 6 hrs of sleep your body will get the message and give you that boost!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You would be amazed how much the human body can go through and still be effective!.
People get this kind of sleep all the time!.
At your age however, I would reccommend that you be getting about 8 hours of sleep each night!.
However, I know this is not always possible with homework and such!. Im 19 and im up till at least 2 everynight doing homework!.!. and I play college baseball!.
Too much sleep can be bad for you!.!. and recent studies have found that people who sleep alot (9 or more hours) have a shorter life spand than people who get 6 hours of sleep!.
Make sure you are eating good!.!. viatimin c especially!
Try not to make this a habbit at your age though because you are probably still growing and your body grows when you sleep!.
