What is up with my back?!


Question: What is up with my back!?
Most people have pain in their lower backs, but I have one in my mid-back!. It really acts up when I try and do sit-ups where you have one leg crossed over the opposite knee to do side crunches!. When I do that, it feels like something is pulling back there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
