Question: *** feeling a bit under the weather*** any advice!?
Hi There,

I'm feeling abit run down and I was wondering what I should do to make myself feel a bit better!. I think it's the weather change!. I have a bit of a sore throat, headache and just feeling run-down!. I have to work so I can't be in bed to rest :( Any advice!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Try to get as much rest as you can!. Stay as quiet as you can at work!. Keep warm!. Drink lots of liquids!. Take aspirin to keep your temperature down and relieve headaches, body aches and sore throat!. That's about all you can do!. Your body does the rest automatically!.

My dad used to say: There is no cure for the common cold!. But if you stand in a drafty doorway, with your feet in a bucket of ice water, then you'll catch pneumonia, and there -is- a cure for that! 8^)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try having a tonic drink, like lucozade (other products are available!), a bar of chocolate, and go treat yourself to Heat magazine (again, other products yada yada yada) at lunchtime!. When you get home, have a nice warm bath with some bubbles, a glass of wine, and a back rub from your favourite bloke (other members of the male species are available!!)!.

If all else fails- go see a doctor!.

Get well soon!! :))Www@Answer-Health@Com

Treat yourself to something nice- something nice to eat, or some other bit of shopping!. Have a Lucozade and keep as quiet at work as possible, just to get through the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For the throat I take Ricola, they are helpful and herbal, pretty mild but helpful!.

Hope you feel better, I know how lame sore throats are!.

Sex works - it releases all the natural body chemicals into the bloodstream and makes you feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

couple of panadol & cup of tea, if that doesn't work, try a Red Bull & sleep!Www@Answer-Health@Com
