Public Talking and dry throat?!

Question: Public Talking and dry throat!?

I am due to talk for about 2 hours, with a break in between!.
I get a dry throat after a while and end up choking!.!.!. I do obviously drink water, but it doesn't help!.!.!. any ideas please!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can buy Boots expert dry mouth spray at the larger stores of Boots chemist, it is their own brand, they also do a Boots expert dry mouth wash which is thicker and more effective!. I suffer from dry mouth and throat due to tablets i take and the mouthwash is brilliant, i use the spray which is a thinner liquid in my bag when i am out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
