Well im not sure but i do know that back in the day they use to put alcohol a lot in the medicine!. But i say you should just go to your local pharmacist and pick up some cold medicine and take a nap and wake up to a hot chocolate to sooth your throat hope it helps GET WELL SOON! A hot toddy!? Supposedly to help your throat!? Might help you sleep so that you feel better but won't actually help the cold!. Don't kid yourself you can get drunk to cure the cold!Www@Answer-Health@Com
