Why am i always sick in the morning?!
Question: Why am i always sick in the morning!?
for the past 3 weeks or so, almost every morning i've been feeling really sick, to the point of actually heaving (sorry, that sounds really gross!) i've only actually thrown up twice but it's a horrible feeling!. it's always just after i've eaten my breakfast (toast and mango juice) and i don't have a clue why it's happening!. i'm 99% sure i'm not pregnant because i'm on the pill and i had my period last week so surely i can't be!. anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening!? ty xWww@Answer-Health@Com

some ppl hav sensitive stomach in the morning!. in some case,it depends on the type of food they ate!. im my case, i'd pooped out after early morning of cold juice also!. try take some alt breakfast!. poridge is always easy on the stomach!. or u can have the toast with coffee or tea!. it must be the cold juice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Dont worry iv been like that before!.!. id go to the doctors because it could be not enough sleep, your diet, too much excersise and obviously pregnant!.!.
keep in mine that 1% thought hun, the pill is not 100% effective and some women still have periods while pregnant
but sure youl be fine, try to eat something different every morning, too much of one thing makes you ill

you eat toast and drink mango juice and that's all!? I'll bet you are getting sick because your blood sugar sky rockets after a breakfast like that!. Try having more protein in the morning and fewer carbs, if that helps, then you might want to see your doctor and get checked for the onset of diabetes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Or maybe you allergy to your breakfast!.!. How long have you eat that!?
Or maybe there's something wrong with the pill you take, try to consult to the doctor given you the pill!.!. (in some people, using pill in long time can make some side effect)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you have sinus drainage!? That makes me sick!. But you may want to take a pregnancy test!. Especially if you have been on antibiotic recently because that will cancel out your birth control protection!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
