Question: Why do I blush around my chest whenever that I am nervous!?
this happens to me everytime that I become real, real nervous, especially when I am going to see my bf!. All my chest and even my neck becomes red that everyone can notice!. do you have an idea on what could be the caused for this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The sympathetic nervous system will rush blood to the head, neck, chest, even upper arms when stimulus is reacted to (in your case embarrassment but also happens after other things like sex - really!)Www@Answer-Health@Com
I used to get that way & now I just know that I am safe & secure!.!.it is blushing & that comes from being embarrassed which means putting bars up not wanting other in out of fear so visualize yourself in certain situations be calm & enjoying speaking to the group or whatever the situation is that you find yourself in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's a natural reaction for most people!. The blood is rushing to those places and making it red!. It happens to me sometimes too but it is nothing to be concerned about!. Sometimes it even goes away over time!. The more confident I am about myself, the less red I get!. Unless I laugh!. hahahaWww@Answer-Health@Com
