Bowel movements pleassse help!?!


Question: Bowel movements pleassse help!!?
at one point i was abusing laxatives in tablets and herbal teas!.!.i know it was wrong and now i regret it!
i did not do this for a very long period of time but i did do it alot for the while i was doing it!. ever since Ive been having trouble going to the rest room!. at times i would go once a day but it wasnt like that all the time, now recently my doctor gave me natrual pills to help me go 3 times daily they helped a little bit but now my bowel movments are messed up again!.!.so i took a tea, cause i went 2 days without going to the restroom!. ( i know stupid ) but i had no choice!.!.this past week ive been getting pains on my left upper and lower side and right now i have pains on my lower abdomen!. ive been going to the restroom from help of fiber and activia and natural pills to get my movments to its natural rhythm but i still have to push/try really hard to go to the restroom!.!.i basically have to force myself!.

my questions!.!.
are these pains bad!?
what else and what can i eat to help my problem!?

First off!. Stop taking pills and tea and whatever is making you poop!. That stuff is bad news!. Clean yourself out, only drink liquids for like!.!.!.!.a day, then after that eat high fiber foods and drink a bunch of liquids!. Don't worry if you don't go to the bathroom every day, I know I don't, I go around every 4 days!. Everyones bowels are different!. Stop concentrating on your poop so much, you could be stressing yourself out and its stressing your bowels!.

If when you DO go, its really big and hard, maybe take a stool softener!. BUT NO LAXATIVES! EVER!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't strain yourself, it'll cause hemorrhoids!.
Drink lots of water!. Eat veggies & fruits!.
You may want to add a stool softener!. Just make sure it's stool softener only w/out stimulant!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
