Okay im 15years old and i want my belly done my mums sketchy on the idea and theres nopoint asking my dad cause its a deffo no!. My brothes almost 20 and he said he'll take me!.Hes a blood relation so will they alow me to have my belly pierced!? thankyou if you helped xWww@Answer-Health@Com

It all depends on where you live, etc!. I'm from New York, and if you're under the age of 18 you have to have a parent sign a paper in the presence of a notary public (or at least I did when I had my belly button done when I was 13!.) Of course, I have no older siblings, so I'm not sure!. Your best bet is to call the piercing shop and ask!. They don't have a way to know who you are, so as long as you ask the question anonymously you'll probably get the best answer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
