i take !.5mg daily to sleep, at ties i have taken more!. i want to stop because i feel like im becoming addicted!. can i just stop or have i been taking it too long!? thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

DO NOT "JUST STOP" this medication!. You have been on it long enough that the potential for you to have adverse effects from stopping cold turkey is great!. Cut your dose in half for about a week then take it every other day for a week then stop!. You should be fine after that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
