i posted this question out a little while ago and no response so i will just give the info i have to give, please help! i have chronic pain!.!.!.on tues and wed of this week i took 2 of the 8mg suboxones!.!.!.last dose was wed 8pm its now saturday 12:35am, so its been over 50 hours!.!.!.ok, e!.r!. doc gave me 5mg percocets thursday i had a hemmoragic ovarian cyst 7cm !.!.!.so far i have taken 4 percs and i cant feel them!.!.!.how long will the suboxone be in my sytsem!? i took these b/c someone told me they are for pain as well as addiction!.!.!.not so for me, when can i take the percocet!? i tried it this afternoon and i still didnt feel it!. sorry this just sucks not having health insurance and no money to afford pain management!. please help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey Jen, I don't know what your tolerance for pain meds were before you took those 2 suboxones!. But they are long gone now out of your system!. The perc's evidently aren't strong enough for you!. I was on 2- 80mg oxycontin's !. 1 in the morning and 1 at night !. in between i was taking the blue vicodins (1000mg or they call them 10's) every 4 hours in between!.I had total knee replacement and shoulder surgery!. I had been on Sub's for 2 months then went off them for surgery!. Like the Doctor told me, Just because i was off the pain meds for 2 months doesn't mean i can take less pain meds because i was off them for 2 months!. Your body builds up a tolerance for the amount you were taking,especially in Narcotics!. I would have to start right back on the same amount of pain meds i was taking before the suboxone!. He was right!. When I went in for surgery they couldn't control my pain!. I even had a epidural and i felt everything in my leg!. They had to take that out and give me the same amount of pain meds i was used to taking before the suboxone!.5 mg pecocets ain't **** when you are in pain,believe me!.I think you were taking stronger stuff before those 2 suboxone weren't you!? And the subs aren't for pain anyway,they are for getting off the ****!. That's not what is holding your pain relief back now, you need to go back to the Hospital and tell them these pain meds aren't doing anything!. Did those Cysts burst!? Maybe you got a lot more going on inside of you than you think!. And since you don't have Ins!. They are gonna do the minimal!. The only problem is anything stronger is gonna cost you money!.If they even gave you 20mg oxy's it would cost you probably about a hundred bucks or better for not even 30!. Call your local library to find a free clinic!. That's what you need! Ask for the "reference" department, and they will know!.

omg--u cant take sub with anything!! it will make u sick n cause heart probs!! u get sub if u r going thru withdraws-if u are not hooked on narcotics n want off --get rid of it asap! when u take sub it means ur ready to get off drugs -sub blocks spinal fluid n tricks ur body!.
take perks 24 hours after u took the sub-!. perks will help-it only helps pain (wont fix it) if pain is cause of the cyst u need a pain med for muscles(it will relax them and ur organs)!. u need to go to the free clinic (call every one of them around) they will help u-the sub is blocking ur perk-
