Question: Does anyone know of good over the counter pimple medicine!?

I do not have acne, but I just started getting pimples again!. !. I need to know of a good over the counter pimple cream or something to get rid of these annoying pimples !!! HELP!!!?!?!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
