Question: A weird hand problem!?
i don't know if this happens often with other people but i get it a lot!.
my hand will randomly feel like blood is rushing in my hand and my veins expand to a huge noticable size!. my hand starts to feel tigher and turns sorta gray/pale!. one time it was so bad that i couldn't move my fingers at all and i fell to the floor because of the pain!. it goes away after a minute but im curious too why it happens!. Does anyone know why this is happening to me and if its common!?

Sounds to me that you eat foods with hard fat!. This cloggs arteries and can give you blood clots from blocked arteries!. Perhaps your hand is more sensitive to having a blocked arteries from some injury in the past!. In any case you need to eliminate hard fats from your diet - things like cheese, butter, margerine, french fries, tator tots etc!.!.!.!.!.
