I have been feeling lightheaded for about a year now, every time I get up from the couch or something!. I would get really dizzy, lightheaded and i would see like white fuzzy lights!. But yesterday it happened while I was going to the bathroom!. I was just going in when I start getting REALly lightheaded and see fuzzy white lights and then next thing I know I'm on the ground!. It happened again after about an hour later, and that time I fell badly and bonked my head hard!.!.!. So now I'm really scared because I don't know why this happened and what I should do!.!.!. I really don't want it to happen again at school or when I'm out!. I'm 15, weigh around 120 pounds and am 5'7!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

At 15 - you do need to see a Dr!. There are lots of reason why you can be getting dizzy and fainting!. Low blood sugar, low blood pressure, pregnancy, dehydration, lack of eating properly, head injury and other serious problems!. Fainting is a way your body has of getting more blood (oxygen) to your brain!. When you're on the floor-your heart is not pumping under stress/more blood & oxygen goes to the brain, VOILA - you come to!. When you see those white, fuzzy lights - sit down immediately - even if it is in the hall at school -it is a warning of what is going to happen (lack of blood up there)!. Better to go in the nearest classroom and sit or lie down- than to pass out and get trampled or hit your head!. Talk to your parent - and get checked out as soon as possible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
