Yes weed is a schedual 1 narcotic by law!. No it's not bad but abuse is, that is why it has a significant history!. The same chemicals in "weed" are used to treat Glacoma and cancer pain just not in the raw plant form!. If you are conscidering trying it I would say not to!.
