Ive been getting plenty of sleep and water!.
Maybe its the studying but whats the best way to stay alert and concentrate!.

LOL!.!.!.seriously - try taking some more breaks and getting some fresh air!.!.!.ginko biloba herbal tablets may help too!. They are good for mental alertness!. Or as an alternative, spoon tablespoons of Nescafe straight into your mouth and start chewing!. Worry about the yellow stained teeth at a later date!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you're Australian otherwise I probably wouldnt've added you, if this is the case, the change in heat can certainly effect your drowsiness!. We've had a few hot days lately just getting out of Winter, so you probably feel a bit lethargic from all that!. Your body will also adapt in a few weeks time and you will start to feel fine!.
Also, I used to get plenty of sleep (8-10 hours), water, good diet, exercise etc and I still felt tired!. This was about a year ago, but now I bi phasic sleep (I sleep between 4:30pm-7:30pm and 4am-7am) every day and I feel much more refreshed!. I highly recommend it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well other than drinking too much coffee!.!.!. I think you should also try regulating your work!. If you can't repel to do so, then pause for at least 5 mins every 1 hour!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
