You go to a doctor and tell him/her your symptoms!. There are many different conditions that can cause a constant stomach ache!. A doctor can make some suggestions for treatment based on your symptoms!.
I suffered from Irritable Bowel Syndrome (constant stomach ache, cramps, etc) for years before I sucked it up and went to the doctor!. She helped me identify my problem foods, gave me medicine to treat the worst symptoms, and recommended stress reduction techniques (because stress was a major trigger for my stomach problems)!.
