Binge eating in social situations ?!

Question: Binge eating in social situations !?
When I'm on my own schedule (work, play, sleep, etc) I am very good at sticking to my calories, working out, etc!.
However I've noticed that when I go out with friends for dinner or to a party with lots of food I go CRAZY and eat everything!.!.!. no boundaries!. What happens is I always gain a lb or two and notice that I'm not as lean for a few days until I work it off!. It comes right off, but this always happens and I know it can't be good on my body long term!.
What can I do to not binge eat when I'm with friends who are eating unhealthy food!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think binge eating is that detrimental if you only do it on rare occasion!. It sounds like your body can regulate itself pretty well!. The only concern I would have is developing heartburn or indigestion as you get older!.

Enjoy your food but maintain a healthy weight and you'll be okay!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I just get healthy stuff on the menu, not raw spinach with a side of apples, no!.!.!.!. Get grilled instead of fried, wheat instead of white, hold the sour cream!.!.!.!.!. all that stuff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
