Well, eating helps us to have energy to start each day!. Eating also helps us keep warm because we also need to eat fat that stores in us which is called flab!. Everybody needs some flab but too much is just wrongWww@Answer-Health@Com
yeahh when your hungry you have no energy really and you need energy for your body to make you warm
